On the 6 of July Pensione Bencistà presents Design with a view a three-day event dedicated to design.
Andrea Lioy, the director of the MA Communication Design at Central Saint Martins in London, will introduce the event to the participants and guests, taking the opportunity to explain the teaching approaches, study methodologies and perspectives for a design with a view.
Afterwards we will taste the “menu with a view”: a collaboration between ‘Arabeschi di latte’ and Central Saint Martins graduates. Arabeschi di Latte is a collective of female designers with a passion for conviviality. Arabeschi di Latte experiments with new concepts related to food, whose charm and communicative power are used to create interactive experiences and moments of sociability.
You’ll get the first look at the MA Communication Design graduates exhibition at Pensione Bencistà and Nicole Zimmermann will present a participatory performance that will allow you to assemble a personalised event catalogue.
During the evening there will be live painting from Zhenghong Li and moving image and dance from Carol Breen.
Design With A View is an opportunity to meet the Director, teachers and students of MACD Central Saint Martins.
